With Generation Z moving into the workforce, employers are having to find a balance between meeting the needs of older generations and still attracting new talent. That can be difficult, but a survey conducted by Sitel Group finds that there are certain steps employers can take to manage a multigenerational workforce, such as soft skills training, continual learning and development, and helping managers support their employees.
